How This Works
Sessions are tailored to fit your life and your schedule. Here’s how it works:

Where We Meet: Most sessions are held virtually making it easy and convenient no matter where you are. If you are local and prefer to meet in person, that's also an option.

Session Length: Each session lasts 45-60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to dig deep without feeling rushed.

Packages: In addition to single sessions, I offer session packages to give you the flexibility and commitment that works best for you.

Scheduling: Whether you prefer to meet weekly at the same time or adjust as your schedule changes, I’m here to make it work. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that feels doable for you.
